The consortium will acquire all shares in hubergroup from the current owner, Cornelius Treuhand Holding.

The completion of the transaction is subject to the required regulatory approvals. This partnership marks a significant milestone in hubergroup’s journey toward becoming an internationally leading, fully integrated, packaging-focused print solutions provider with an expanding chemicals business.
